Toyota has just released their latest version of the Yaris. The new design looses the bubble look and follows trends with other car manufacturers with more sharp lines and angular look.
The car will be running with the same range of engines, which is the 1.0 and 1.3 litre petrol engines, but there is one more, a hybrid engine, whether the hybrid makes it to South Africa is another story.
Toyota has opted to go with a traditional driver side mounted instrument panel instead of the center mounted panel. The look works but looses the practical double glove compartment.
The car looks good, it's nice and fresh, but will Toyota SA price it right? That is the question. The new Toyota Yaris is expected to reach South Africa later this year.
